The Portland Trail Blazers entered the NBA in the 1970-71 season as an expansion team. Led by Bill Walton, Maurice Lucas, and head coach Jack Ramsay, the Blazers defeated the Philadelphia 76ers to win the 1976-77 NBA championship. The Blazers made two other Finals appearances -- in 1989-90 and 1991-92 -- and have showcased a number of stars over the decades: Clyde Drexler, Terry Porter, Arvydas Sabonis, Rasheed Wallace, Scottie Pippen, Brandon Roy, LaMarcus Aldridge, and Damian Lillard.
