Seats in Shade

When the roof is open at the Rogers Centre, your best bet for seats in the shade are going to be in the 200 Club level behind home plate. These seats are protected by the section above, and will provide you with the most cover.

Best Seats

The best seats for a Toronto Blue Jays game are in the aforementioned HSBC Club suites, located above home plate. That being said, the section surrounding the infield and baselines in sections 113B-130C offer fantastic views of the action. If you are looking to catch a home run, your best bets are in sections 105-108 or 135-138. The best value tickets may be in the 500 level section behind home plate, as they are often cheaper than other listing but still provide a nice view of the field.

Retractable Roof

The Rodgers Centre is one of the few MLB stadiums to have a retractable roof. If the game begins with the roof open, it may close during the game if weather conditions warrant so. If the game starts with the roof closed, it may be opened prior to the 6th inning if the Umpire Crew Chief and Blue Jay officials agree that the weather is acceptable. The Blue Jays aim to keep the roof at the Rodgers Centre open as much as possible, without diminishing the fan experience.

Seat Numbers

The Rogers Centre has one of the more unique seat number configurations for any venue. The sections at the Rogers Centre are split between left and right, or 127L and 127R. The right side of the sections are numbered seat 1 and up, and the left side of the section is numbered 101 and up. So, when you are on the stairs in your section and facing the field, seat number one will always be on your right, and seat number 101 will be on your left. In any given section, the higher the seat number, the more centered you will be in that section.

Child Admission Policy

Parents may bring children under the age of two into Rogers Centre for a Blue Jays game without a ticket, provided they sit on a lap and do not take up an additional seat. Children who have difficulty seeing can obtain a booster seat from Guest Services at a first come first serve basis.

Premium Seating

The Rogers Centre offers a view premium seating options for Toronto Blue Jays games. Located behind home plate in the 200 level, you will find the HSBC Club VIP suites. These seats features a gourmet buffet, in-seat service, private lounge access, and private washroom facilities. The .400 Summit Suite is the most exclusive seating area for Blue Jays games, offering nine wide screen televisions, wife, and multiple set ups that can accommodate up to 300 people.

Dugouts and Bullpens

The Toronto Blue Jays dugout is located in front of sections 124-126, and the visitors dugout is located in front of sections 117-119. The Toronto Blue Jays Bullpen is located in front of sections 135-137, and the visitors bullpen is located in front of sections 106-108.
